Parking at the Calamunda Camel Farm offers the best opportunity for a few of our suggested rides. Head back out the main gate of the camel farm and cross the road heading south onto Camel Train and take this to the Black Stump Carpark. From here it is fire road to the start of Tangaroo Kick and then on to Flaccid Ashback. Flaccid Ashback offers a green trail all the way down to the dell but for a shorter loop turn off right to Gridlocked.
For those wanting an easier ride but longer continue on to the Dell along Flacid Ashback. From here you climb up to Mount Gungin on Lost & Found and Rocky Balboa (maybe consider Drago as an easier climb). Once you hit the power lines you are almost to the top.
Just the Mother-in-Law to go! Once you reach the top it is time for a breather before the fun begins. These trails are blue level trails but as long as you take it easy you will be fine on the way back to the Black Stump. Start with Goldilocks and turn left on to Muffin Tops and then continue on to Horny Devil. Once back at the Black stump retrace your steps back to the Camel Farm for a cold drink and to tell the tales from your epic ride.
7km estimated ride time 40 minutes.

Marrinup is definitely the flattest option of all of our beginner trails and very enjoyable. It is the number 1 recommended trail for beginners by all of our staff. There are two a loop options, both with very little climbing and equally as fun. The longer loop offers the best beginner riding. This trail is also right next to the Munda Biddi so you can ride here from town if you are looking for a much longer ride (probably just under 30km round trip).
If you want to enjoy the best of Jarrahdale, this is a shorter loop that still offers plenty of fun but with less distance. This is a better loop for beginners who are looking to progress their skills without the distance thrown in. There is still plenty of fun sinlge track to test your skills.
This loop is perfect for someone who wants to build their confidence with a small amount of singletrack in a short loop. Starting by riding up to the centre fire road loop of Lovers Lane the ride then finshes by looping back on to the end of Woodley’s Loop for a brief taste of some of the great single track riding that is available at Langford Park. If you feel comfortable with this than try out some of the other recommended trails in Langford Park.
